No microwave or mini fridge available.
However, I did not appreciate being informed that I did not qualify for an in-room refrigerator and microwave; if it's available, it should be available to all registered at the hotel.

Clean. next to my favorite ihop. perfect distance from the beach. Makes you see the trip down collins avenue.
The lack of information by sales rep. The deposit is something the consumer should know. We would have loved to have the money through the trip.
Best western speaks for it's self. Stay in one and they will make there point. I Will stay again. I'm going to try the one on south beach next.

Not helpful staff! Not willing to Help!
Toilet did not flush, asked for help, but denied! The night staff was very lazy and did not want to get up from her sit! She said she just put on the log! She was also very rude to other customer!

Great price, and Convienient location for student groups.
We share a door with another room. Not too bad though.
I traveled with two other friends, and the price, location, and service are awesome. We rent a car, and to the great locations, it only take around 10-15 minutes. If I travel to Miami next time, I may pick the same hotel again. P.S. It's safe compared with other locations. ...read more
